All general meetings are held virtually. This 2023 school year will also include some in person meetings. We encourage all families to participate when you can!
PTA General Meeting Dates
PTA General meetings are open to all. They are generally held on the 3rd or 4th Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM. The PTA Board meets separately at the beginning of each month.

School Site Council (SSC) Meeting Dates
SSC meetings are held on the third Monday of each month, 3:00-4:30pm via Google Meet
Agendas are distributed at least 72 hours in advance of meetings

African American Parent Advisory Council (AAPAC) Meeting Dates
AAPAC meetings are a great opportunity for parents to make any requests for future changes, activities, events or initiatives, bring up concerns, or exchange ideas on how to address problems or issues they are encountering.
Meetings are open to all families of African American students and allies. Meetings are held by Zoom on the last Tuesday of the month at 6:30 PM, with the exception of December 2021 and February 2022.
