Registration for the 2026/2027 school year will open in January!
Register at www.wccusd.net/newfamilyenrollment.
2025-26 school year: Registration opened January 21st, 2025 at 9am
All documents need to be submitted to complete registration. If you are missing documents, you will not be able to secure a spot. Please submit documents by uploading them during the application process.
Fairmont fills up quickly, so we advise families to have documents ready to register as soon as it opens.
Required documents (have pictures or PDFs ready to go!)
Child Age Verification (one): birth certificate, baptismal record, or passport
Child Immunization Record
Proof of Address (two)
First: PG&E, EBMUD, garbage bill, or lease agreement
Second: Bank statement, car insurance combined with car registration, credit card bill

Annual forms are used to calculate funding for schools and provide benefits to families. The Educational Benefits form on PowerSchool determines a large portion of Fairmont's funding. Without full participation, our school loses access to thousands of dollars - we need you!
If you are new to Fairmont, you likely do not have your PowerSchool login yet. You will receive this when your child comes to school. Please plan to complete those forms within the first couple days of school - they are VERY important!

Transitional Kindergarten (TK) students will register using the same system and documents below. Please check the district website for Transitional Kindergarten (TK) age requirements.

If you are having trouble uploading your documents during the application process, please take a CLEAR/FULL (actual size) picture of the documents and call or email Fairmont for information on how to send them by email. Please do not bring documents to the office in person.
The Fairmont office staff will send an email to let you know if your child has a space or not in the couple of weeks following enrollment.
Please do not call the office asking if your child has a space. Enrollment time is extremely busy for school staff and they will not be able to tell you what number your child is on the list.
Please make sure the email you are registering with is one you check regularly, both Fairmont and the district send out all information to those email addresses.
